@phryneas noted that some of the choices on that list seemed to be a bit odd or strangely categorized
There is a lot of weird stuff in there right now. Flux in state mgmt, React Query in state mgmt, some random hooks collection in tools next to browser extensions

Yeah but then please list all router libraries and all other data caching libraries as state, too.

Well, there is already a "data fetching" category. Tbh., I don't see a reason to list anything there that does not also maintain a cache that works with React
